This update applies to both Contact! 2.3 and Contact! 3.0.

ATTENTION CONTACT! 2.3 USERS

Effective 1/1/2007, we are discontinuing support for Contact! 2.3. All support incidents for this version will now be billed at our standard rate of $100/hr. Free replacement registration codes will no longer be provided. Replacement codes will be available for a $40 charge.

The Contact! 3.0 Upgrade is Strongly Recommended

Contact! 3.0 represents significant enhancements, including improvements from over 2 years of customer feedback and suggestions. We strongly recommend that all existing Contact! 2.3 customers upgrade to this latest version.

Improvements include a single layout (no more screen flipping), mail merge to #10 window envelopes, 3 tracked loans per contact with up to 4 trust deeds per loan, up to 99 letters in the prospect series, ability to easily define the # days for hot, warm, cold, a full detail report of all fields for a contact, automatic download of updates from the Internet.

The list goes on, including improved performance & better stability in a shared database environment.
